Job Summary
Plan daily truck routes and allocate vehicles and drivers efficiently to ensure waste collection operations run smoothly across the region. Accept new orders, manage capacity constraints, and continuously optimize routes for sustainability. Serve as the primary point of contact for professional drivers and loaders, addressing their needs and fostering team satisfaction. Strictly adhere to legal and safety regulations while steering optimal fleet and personnel deployment. Utilize Office 365, Google Workspace, and SAP to execute these tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. als Speditionskaufmann) oder eine Weiterbildung zum Verkehrsfachwirt
- Unternehmerisches Denken
- Teamgeist
- Führungsstärke
- Top-Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Praktische Kenntnisse im Verkehrsrecht
- Gute Ortskenntnisse in der Region
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit Office 365 / Google Workspace
- Erfahrung mit SAP oder ähnlicher Unternehmenssoftware
