Conduct vehicle dispatch for both line and individual transport services while implementing prescribed quality standards. Manage daily operations within the 40-hour full-time schedule, including early morning and late afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday. Utilize MS Office and Excel for administrative tasks, coordinate with the transport fleet, and maintain customer contact. Knowledge of the Munich metropolitan area and a Class B driver's license are required.
