Coordinate daily dispatch of personnel, machinery, and equipment for demolition, renovation, and deep construction projects. Develop deployment plans in coordination with site managers and ensure optimal utilization of the machine and equipment park. Organize logistics including transport, deliveries, and material flows while communicating with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Document operations, working hours, and machine hours. Support maintenance planning and handle transport permits and police/authority coordination. Manage daily supply of construction sites with materials and on-site equipment.
