Job Summary
Plan service appointments and routes in coordination with customers and external technicians. Organize, control, and maintain inventory through goods receipt and dispatch checks. Order, prepare, and pack materials or spare parts while arranging deliveries to clients and technicians. Draft individual service contracts and contribute to continuous improvement of dispatch and warehouse processes. Located in the Grossraum Zug area, this family-owned company serves the Swiss HVAC and sanitary industry for over 70 years.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Arbeitsort: Grossraum Zug
