Job Summary
Coordinate inspection dispatch and scheduling for mineral oil, fuel, and petrochemical products by managing inspector assignments and ensuring timely customer order execution. Review, record, and control orders including laboratory task creation, sample allocation, and documentation verification. Maintain close alignment with customers, laboratories, authorities, and internal departments to optimize service planning and implementation. Support customer issue resolution and contribute to transparent billing processes. Operate within a team-based on-call phone rotation to guarantee reliable customer service. Requires a commercial qualification, relevant experience in logistics coordination, strong organizational skills, and C1 German proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen sowie ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau)
Desired Qualifications
- erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Disposition, Einsatzplanung, Auftragsabwicklung, Logistikkoordination oder Kundenservice von Vorteil
- ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Vorgänge gleichzeitig strukturiert und zuverlässig zu koordinieren
- Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpersonen
