Job Summary
Conduct daily public transport dispatch for passenger services, managing staff and vehicle schedules while overseeing morning, evening, and night shifts. Handle incident management, process passenger inquiries, and coordinate with operations leadership, workshop teams, and external clients. Optimize regular routes using IT systems, document workshop appointments to ensure vehicle availability, and prepare monthly reporting data for client billing. Monitor operational statistics and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and vehicle status.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung z. B. Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Fachkraft im Fahrbetrieb oder vergleichbar
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Bereitschaft, in Schichten zu arbeiten, zum Teil auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz sowie ein sicheres Auftreten, auch in Konfliktsituationen
- Kenntnisse über Sozialvorschriften, STVO und STZVO
Desired Qualifications
- Einen Führerschein der Klasse D/DE und Erfahrung im Fahrdienst wünschenswert
- Erfahrung speziell im ÖPNV oder SEV von Vorteil
