Job Summary
Manage service technician dispatch and independently handle order intake and processing for the technical customer service team in Seelingstädt-Zwirtzschen. Provide initial technical guidance and consultation for customer disturbance reports, create and track service proposals, and support the sales of spare parts and services alongside warranty administration. Serve as the primary contact for customers, requiring strong communication skills and technical affinity, ideally with a background in mechatronics or commercial training with high technical aptitude. - Erste technische Hilfestellung und Beratung bei entsprechenden Störungsmeldungen unserer Kunden
- Erstellung und Verfolgung von Serviceangeboten
- Unterstützung beim Verkauf von Ersatzteilen und Serviceleistungen sowie in der Garantieabwicklung
- Souveränität und Kommunikationsstärke als erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Kunden
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise technische Erfahrungen als Mechatroniker/in im Bereich Baumaschinen/ Landmaschinen/ NFZ/ KFZ
- Alternativ dazu kaufmännische Ausbildung mit hoher technischer Affinität
- Kenntnisse in der Disposition von Außendienst-Technikern/innen von Vorteil
