Job Summary
Coordinate component, material, and sub-assembly supply to ensure stable delivery while monitoring delivery dates and initiating early corrective actions for deviations. Manage material flows in alignment with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, analyzing inventory levels and availability to optimize storage and supply situations. Execute bottleneck management through prioritization, escalation, re-dispatching, and operational problem-solving, including organizing and tracking special trips with national and international partners. Verify and coordinate customer pickups, control just-in-sequence pickups, manage empty goods disposition, and maintain relevant customer and part master data in D365 Business Central / NAV. Support change management for used parts, new starts, and component changes.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung als Materialdisponent (m/w/d), Materialplaner (m/w/d), Disponent Logistik (m/w/d) oder in der Kundenlogistik / Supply Chain
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise auch in dynamischen Situationen
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und ein verbindliches Auftreten an internen und externen Schnittstellen
Desired Qualifications
- Praxis im Automotive-Umfeld oder in einer taktgebundenen Serienversorgung von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in D365 Business Central / NAV sind willkommen
