Plan and coordinate the delivery, pickup, and installation of office, sanitary, and storage containers while dispatching our own crane trucks, drivers, and installers. Economically plan assignments to maximize vehicle and personnel utilization, verifying container quality before delivery and assessing damage upon return. Confirm delivery and installation dates with customers, sales, and partners, ensuring site access and crane locations are cleared. Assign containers to orders in coordination with warehouse, workshop, and cleaning teams, and organize required accessories and mounting materials. Create complete dispatch information for drivers and installers, adapting to last-minute changes, vehicle failures, or delays. Serve as the central contact for drivers, installers, customers, and external service providers regarding logistics and repair tasks. Document container movements, additional services, waiting times, and damages in the system, and follow up on complaints to ensure open issues are resolved. Monitor schedules, utilization rates, and compliance with working, driving, and rest times. Collaborate closely with sales, warehouse, and management to improve processes and integrate new dispatch software.
