Job Summary
Display Manager responsible for the strategic planning, design, execution, and commercial steering of displays to sustainably increase brand visibility, shopper activation, and sales at the point of sale. Owns end-to-end display projects from concept and design to production, rollout, and performance evaluation; coordinates internal stakeholders and external partners; manages production, suppliers, and quality for timely, cost-efficient execution; analyzes display performance and ROI to derive actionable improvements; ensures brand guideline compliance across formats; builds scalable, efficient display concepts and reports to leadership. Requires 2-3 years in trade/shopper marketing or display management within FMCG, strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration, hands-on design/production experience, English and/or German fluency, and willingness to travel occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- degree or relevant training in marketing, retail, business, design or related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in trade/shopper marketing, display management, retail activation, or comparable field
- FMCG industry experience
- experience managing end-to-end projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- hands-on experience with display design, production processes, materials, and supplier management
- ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- strong communicator and cross-functional alignment
- proficiency with MS Office and KPI-based reporting
- fluency in English and/or German
- willingness to travel occasionally
