Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain store product displays in Floor & Decor locations; expected to create 20–25 displays per week and coordinate with Inventory Control to submit write-offs and manage display materials. Develop a monthly display calendar in collaboration with department managers. Requires construction/building experience, woodworking, tile setting, and proficiency with power and hand tools. Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally and frequent standing, walking, and moving objects in a warehouse environment. Required Qualifications
- One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to abide by and exhibit proactive adherence to all safety regulations and policies
- Demonstrated experience in Wood working
- Tile setting
- Use of power tools
- Use of measuring tools
- Use of basic tools (e.g., hammer, nails, T-square, saw, etc.)
