Job Summary
The Display Associate role involves managing and maintaining product displays in line with SCHEELS' expectations, handling store inventory for display supplies, coordinating with team leaders, and assisting in product preparation and organization on the sales floor. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment. A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in merchandising, retailing, fashion management, or related fields is preferred. Physical capabilities include lifting and moving heavy items, while adhering to safety protocols is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Service
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Meets dress and grooming expectations

- Prior experience with display/merchandising
