Job Summary
Maintain body forms by lifting and moving them, changing their clothing, and straightening, folding, and hanging apparel. Research lifestyle and design trends to ensure displays appeal to the target audience, while recognizing and acting on needed changes in product placement. Install or dismantle displays throughout the store, set large displays as directed, and install graphics of various materials. Use ladders, driving, and scissor lifts to access high points, and dust, clean tables, bases, and risers. Take photos of designated displays for the corporate team and teach display standards to associates. Work 40 hours weekly Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from a 2-year college or technical school, or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
- Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to work assigned schedule, which may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
