Dispensing Pharmacist - Long Term Care - Part Time

Ensure accurate entry of orders, verify orders entered by technician staff for accuracy, and check for completeness and precision of all new and refill labels and orders. Check for content and accuracy of all drug packaging and labeling, provide routine and emergency comprehensive and accurate drug screening, information, processing, and dispensing services, and assist in maintaining a perpetual inventory for schedule II drugs. Prepare and/or supervise sterile IV drug products or solutions if required. Adhere to required delivery schedules and provide evening, weekend, and holiday coverage during scheduled rotation based on business needs. Follow all applicable state and government regulations including HIPAA and DEA laws regarding controlled drug dispensing. Work Monday 9-5pm in a closed-door Long Term Care facility.
