Job Summary
Order, receive, and dispense methadone and other medications per physician orders while maintaining strict compliance with FDA, DEA, and OBH regulations. Document all dosing within scheduled clinic hours, coordinate with supervisors to ensure accurate medication delivery, and observe patients for urine analyses. Maintain clean work areas, report controlled substance inconsistencies immediately, and manage medical records for the Opioid Treatment Program. Requires LPN or RN license in Colorado, knowledge of applicable laws, and pre-employment drug screening including TB testing and background checks. Day shift hours only.
Required Qualifications
- LPN or RN license for the state of Colorado or a multi-state license
- Continuing education in human services, psychology, and related fields
- Knowledge of applicable laws regarding medication dispensing, storage, and accountability
- Basic computer skills
- Must undergo a pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, tb test, as well as a comprehensive background check
- Must be available for day shift hours
