Job Summary
Lead frontline operations and support Patient Care Coordinators and Customer Service representatives by guiding daily tasks, mentoring new hires, and stepping in as Manager on Duty. Deliver real-time coaching, resolve escalated customer concerns, and maintain service standards by keeping shelves stocked, managing inventory intake, and ensuring accurate drawer operations. Verify customer IDs, process returns and discounts with integrity, and utilize POS systems to track products and drive sales through upselling. Open and close the store while adhering to security measures and Minnesota state regulations. Work a flexible 40-hour schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older
- Minimum 1+ years of retail leadership or management experience
- Must be proactive, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, strong communication, customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to use standard office equipment and computer software
- Must pass all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Ability to move and handle boxes of products/merchandise (weighing up to 50 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
- Ability to lift
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule 40 hours a week to include weekends, nights and holidays
- Ability to work full-time, reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
