Job Summary
Dispenser-style sales role for STIIIZY in a California cannabis retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be the brand ambassador inside the store, advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on needs and budgets, driving sales goals, and building authentic relationships to foster repeat business. Responsibilities include assisting customers, picking & packing orders, accurately handling cash and POS transactions, staying informed about product knowledge and promotions, and adhering to company training, procedures, and cannabis regulations.
