Job Summary
Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and budgets while curating experiences that exceed expectations. Drive customer visit goals, increase returning customers, and achieve sales metrics by building authentic relationships and promoting the brand as a professional ambassador. Accurately handle cash transactions using the point-of-sale system and pick and pack orders while adhering to all legislative requirements and operational standards. This part-time role at $19.50/hour + tips requires open availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- Ability to stand and remain on feet for the duration of a scheduled shift — at least 4 hours per shift for part-time roles and up to 8 hours per shift for full-time roles
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist
- Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a POS system
- All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday)
- Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays

- Pick & pack orders
- Accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining precise register
- Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
- Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
- Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
- Abide by all company policies and programs
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
