Job Summary
Conduct customer service and sales duties by advising clients on suitable cannabis products, curating experiences, and building authentic relationships to drive visit goals and increase returning customers. Pick and pack orders, accurately handle cash transactions via the point-of-sale system, and maintain precise registers while adhering to all legislative requirements and operational standards. Work as a team player to exceed business metrics and contribute to daily improvements, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and DCC laws. This part-time role offers $20.50/hour plus tips, with open availability required for all shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- Open availability
- Ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Ability to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday)
- Ability to stand and remain on feet for the duration of a scheduled shift — at least 4 hours per shift for part-time roles and up to 8 hours per shift for full-time roles
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist
- Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a POS system
- Ability to work as a team player

- Ability to advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis
