Job Summary
Dispensary Sales Associate in a cannabis retail environment responsible for advising customers on cannabis products, curating experiences, achieving sales goals, handling cash and the POS, picking and packing orders, maintaining compliance with cannabis retail regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to build a loyal customer base.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- Open availability to work all hours including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Ability to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday) as required by workforce needs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks as described in the posting
