Job Summary
Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains. Curate experiences that go beyond expectations by building authentic relationships and driving customer visit goals. Pick and pack orders, accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale system, and maintain precise registers. Exceed expectations by working to meet the Company's mission of providing exceptional customer service and diversified products. This part-time role starts at $20.50/hour plus tips, with open availability required for all hours including weekends and holidays. Associates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma and adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- Open availability
- Ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Ability to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday)
- Ability to stand and remain on feet for the duration of a scheduled shift — at least 4 hours per shift for part-time roles and up to 8 hours per shift for full-time roles
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist
- Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a POS system
- Ability to adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
- Ability to be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
- Ability to abide by all company policies and programs
- Ability to adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
