Dispensary Sales Associate responsibilities include: performing store opening and closing procedures, creating a customer-focused environment, checking in and creating new customer profiles, maintaining confidentiality of customer information, managing customer traffic, educating and assisting customers with product selections based on physician recommendations and customer needs, informing customers of current promotions, creating customer orders and processing payments at POS, staying updated on brands/products/policies, assisting with occasional deliveries, and providing marketing support such as distributing flyers and participating in storefront activations and brand events.
