The Dispensary Retail Sales Floor Manager will lead the retail team in a cannabis dispensary in MD, focusing on operations, customer service, compliance, and sales strategy execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in retail management
- Minimum of seven (7) years of retail experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of METRC experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Passion for the cannabis culture
