Job Summary
Dispensary Manager responsible for day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal cannabis regulations, and overseeing financial reporting, inventory, and staff performance. Lead and motivate the Dispensary team, manage scheduling and training materials, update SOPs to reflect policy or regulatory changes, collaborate with HR on recruiting, coordinate with Inventory and other department managers on budgeting and allocations, and strive to deliver best-in-class customer service with deep product knowledge and staff leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a general management position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience preferred
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must pass all required background checks
