Job Summary
Open or close the dispensary as a key holder and balance cash and product inventory during daily closing procedures. Observe and participate in patient services during consultations and sales while auditing intake forms for accuracy and completion. Maintain accountability for all team members, uphold company policies, and assist with the Verified Financial Hardship program. Update the communication binder, perform general office tasks like filing and operating copy machines, and coordinate patient home delivery schedules. Provide weekly feedback on inventory levels and sales to the General Manager, participate in management meetings, and educate staff on product offerings and regulatory changes. Work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 1 – 3 years in a retail environment managing a team
- Experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions: General office environment

- Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions: Extended phone usage including teleconferences
- Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions: Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana, a plus
- Green Flower and/or Ganjier certificate holder preferred
