Job Summary
Fulfill in-store, pick-up, and home delivery orders compliantly by verifying items against receipts within camera view and scanning everything in TREEZ before packing. Print and attach QR labels, organize products in bins by METRC number and type, and enter lab results and expiration dates into Treez for regulatory compliance. Split METRC tags, support managers with deliveries, and print Certificates of Analysis on request. Complete and post the daily fulfillment report on Microsoft Teams, maintain logs for cleaning, sanitation, temperature, and humidity, and immediately flag inventory discrepancies. Keep the fulfillment room clean and stocked, notifying management when supplies run low.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Able to stay compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Able to sit and/or stand for long periods (4+ hours)
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and reach overhead and across shelves
- Able to lift, push, pull, move, and carry up to 25 pounds (with or without mechanical assistance)
