Job Summary
Dispensary Associate provides exceptional customer service and education on cannabis products, guides customers through purchase in compliance with state regulations, processes patient orders, maintains a clean workstation, and collaborates with leadership. Role may include delivery or online-order support; requires cash handling, ability to communicate effectively, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be at least 21 years old where applicable, with a high-school diploma or equivalent; background checks and valid driver’s license may be required for delivery tasks. Salary is $14.00 per hour with eligibility for tips; position is part-time and shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Equal employment opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Must be minimum 21 years of age (or 18 in CT/PA/WV)
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Retail/customer service experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license may be required for delivery duties
