Job Summary
Dispensary Associate – Part Time in Florida. Provide exceptional customer service, educate patients on cannabis products and effects, and facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with online orders and deliveries, cash handling, maintaining a clean workstation, supporting management, and delivering a high level of patient service. Must possess a valid driver’s license for potential delivery tasks and be able to work up to 25 hours per week with flexible evening/weekend hours. Prior retail or customer service experience and strong communication skills are a plus; must pass background check and meet minimum age requirements. Remote work is available in this posting.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (18 in CT, PA and WV)
- Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus
- Prior cash handling experience
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Must be able to move intermittently and meet physical requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to operate computing devices and handle customer interactions with professionalism
- Must be able to stand or move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
