Job Summary
Greet and register patients, caregivers, and visitors while verifying purchase limits and preventing diversion through state-mandated tracking systems. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, fulfill online orders by scanning products into the tracking database, and answer inquiries regarding product availability and usage. Direct patients to pick-up areas and payment stations, provide product education, and monitor surveillance systems for unsafe activity. Maintain a clean, organized facility and support efficient, compliant dispensary operations across all core functions. This role transitions to the new Bellevue location within 1-3 months.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass state and federal criminal background checks
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and transactions
- Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 35 pounds
- Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Extended computer usage
- Comfortable working in an environment with constant video surveillance
