Dispensary Associate - GrowHealthy (Miami)

Dispensary Associate will educate patients and customers on cannabis strains, effects, and methods of use, deliver warm, informed customer service, and guide product selections. Responsibilities include recording transactions in the Dispensary Management System, collaborating with Dispensary Managers to maintain a clean, organized dispensary, highlighting exclusive promotions to increase sales, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. The role requires a sales-focused attitude, ability to educate customers through workshops or information sessions, inventory coordination with managers, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced medical dispensary environment. Must be at least 21, have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, strong interpersonal skills, reliability, organizational skills, computer literacy, and willingness to learn cannabis laws; Ganjier certification is preferred. Starting Pay Rate: $16/hr. Working conditions include flexible scheduling with possible evenings, weekends, and holidays, and physical requirements typical of a retail setting.
