Job Summary
Dispensary Associate at Trulieve in Florida (Full-time). Duties include guiding customers on their cannabis purchase, educating customers on product benefits and potential side effects, processing patient orders per state regulations, providing exceptional customer service, handling returns per policy, maintaining a clean workstation, and coordinating with leadership to resolve customer issues. Requires high-school diploma or equivalent, minimum age 21 (18 in CT/PA/WV), and cash handling experience; prior retail/customer service experience is a plus. Flexible hours with potential after-hours responsibilities and a focus on regulatory compliance and patient care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21+ years of age (18+ in CT, PA, WV)
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
- Must have prior cash handling experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with various personalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with management and staff at all levels
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
- Must be able to move and perform physically demanding duties as described
- Must be able to see and hear or use appropriate aids to perform duties
