Job Summary
Dispensary Associate – Full time responsible for guiding customers on their cannabis journey, educating on products and effects, processing patient orders per state regulations, delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked workstation. Role requires high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ (18+ in CT/PA/WV), valid driver's license, cash handling experience, and ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. Emphasis on empathy, product knowledge, confidentiality, and effective communication; may involve online order processing and delivery tasks as needed; strict adherence to company policies and safety procedures. Salary: $14.50/hour with tips eligibility; up to 40 hours/week; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Must be minimum 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, WV)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prior cash handling experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
