Job Summary
Dispensary Associate responsible for guiding customers through cannabis product selection, educating on benefits and potential side effects, processing orders in accordance with state regulations, delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked work environment. Requires strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting, adherence to company policies, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Includes potential delivery duties and online-order processing as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Must have prior cash handling experience
- Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
