Job Summary
Engage patients positively, ensure intake forms are accurate, and assist with the Verified Financial Hardship program while maintaining strict compliance with state and local regulations. Perform general office duties including filing records, operating copy machines, and managing cash handling and chain of custody documents. Participate in one-minute meetings at shift start to align on goals, conduct monthly product inventory reviews, and deliver compassionate patient services. Maintain proper recordkeeping for patient intake, waste disposal logs, and daily sales reviews to achieve business targets. Work rotating shifts including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all team members adhere to iAnthus policies and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (nights and/or weekends)
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a work day
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to use a ladder (up to 12 ft. extension)
- Must be able to work in a general office environment
- Must be able to work in extended computer usage
- Must be able to work in extended phone usage including teleconferences
- Must be able to work in work environments that include exposure to fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise
- Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours a day
- Must be computer literate
- Must have basic math skills
- Must have strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to effectively manage time and focus on ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and be organized
- Must have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must be proficient in HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
- Must be proficient in inventory management and point of sale platform and DPH Virtual Gateway system
- Must be current on product knowledge and proper dosage
- Must be able to ensure all team members are maintaining current iAnthus policies and procedures as well as all state and local laws and regulations
- Must be able to maintain proper recordkeeping such as patient intake forms, cash handling records, chain of custody documents and waste disposal logs
- Must be able to participate in one-minute meetings at the start of every shift
- Must be able to participate in monthly product inventory review
- Must be able to participate in quarterly team meetings
- Must be able to review sales daily and best practices to achieve goals

- Must be able to provide Dispensary General and Assistant Managers with patient feedback on a timely basis
- Must be able to review and update patient educational materials
- Must be able to implement brand sales marketing strategies
- Must be able to maintain Dispensary aesthetic according to iAnthus brand, including music selection and daily Dispensary cleanliness
- Must be able to build relationships with community leaders and trust from our neighbors
