Job Summary
Provide security services at assigned client sites, conducting regular patrols and monitoring surveillance equipment to ensure the safety of personnel, premises, and assets. Accurately document incidents, security breaches, or irregularities, and promptly report them to appropriate personnel. Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff while responding quickly and effectively in emergencies. Be available to work various shifts, including on-call or emergency coverage, as schedules and site assignments are subject to change based on client needs. Valid firearms license, PERC, and FOID card required, with the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid firearms license or certification
- Active PERC and FOID card
- Must own a firearm with a level 2 retention holster or higher
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
- Capability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies
- Flexibility to work additional shifts, including on-call or emergency coverage when needed
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
