Job Summary
Coordinate daily transportation and catering operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time service delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, operations teams, and airline personnel, conducting pre-shift briefings and monitoring real-time activity. Track and report attendance issues, update flight schedules and gate assignments, and ensure all operational records and compliance logs are completed accurately. Monitor equipment readiness, including cleanliness and fuel levels, and communicate disruptions to leadership in real time. Perform additional duties as assigned, including assisting with warehouse tasks, while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain required airport and security clearances
- Ability to obtain necessary airport vehicle operator permits
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
- Pass a background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative, dispatch, or coordination experience preferred
