Job Summary
Dispatch residential HVAC service technicians using ServiceTitan by matching staff to jobs based on skillset, workload, and customer needs. Coordinate daily schedules to maximize productivity, monitor incoming requests from phone, email, and online channels, and serve as the primary contact for appointment confirmations and ETA updates. Maintain a service board scheduled at least three days in advance while adapting to emergency calls, complete 10-to-Close check-ins, and prepare daily reports for leadership. This full-time role in Anthem, AZ, includes a Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule with competitive pay and benefits. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the home services industry
- Previous HVAC dispatch experience
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Residential HVAC experience preferred
- Experience dispatching multiple field technicians preferred
- Familiarity with routing software or GPS mapping tools preferred
- Experience tracking dispatch performance metrics and KPIs preferred
