Dispatchers coordinate towing, recovery, and emergency roadside services across Eastern Iowa; they answer inbound calls from customers, law enforcement, and accounts, dispatch tow trucks and heavy wreckers, coordinate emergency responses, communicate with drivers and partners, track active jobs, and enter information into dispatch software while prioritizing multiple changing cases.
