Job Summary
Dispatcher Coordinator responsible for maintaining daily schedules for service technicians, dispatching service calls, coordinating customer communications, scheduling parts and deliveries, and supporting billing and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation coordination, or a similar role
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and scheduling tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to forecast workload 2–3 days out
