Dispatcher

Dispatcher role handling incoming calls from customers, recording crane size and personnel (operator and/or rigger) assigned to each job, scheduling dates/times, capturing invoicing details (customer name, billing method, purchase orders), and completing detailed job tickets with crane size, weight, height, reach, and any special rigging. Responsibilities include coordinating with the On-Call team, ensuring accurate job descriptions and locations, and maintaining communication on-site requirements and billing information. Must manage posting schedules, verify customer information, and ensure data accuracy for invoicing and task execution.
