Job Summary
Dispatcher at ICEE’s on-site La Vergne, TN Support Center. Route and schedule field personnel, run daily reports, handle high-volume calls, provide customers with updates and ETAs, and coordinate with Field Managers and Technicians to ensure timely service and proper billing. Must be able to route/re-route technician calls, manage call verification for service requests, and maintain efficient daily workflow in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Shift options include four 10-hour days (Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed) starting early morning. Pays $18.50/hour with full benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Prior dispatching experience preferred (1-2 years)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage high-volume calls and routing
- Ability to meet department performance goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented with strong organizational abilities
