Record agency and helper data for payroll, collect materials like gas cards and fobs, and manage hand truck inventory and ez-pass accounts. Monitor geo tab alerts, update routers with delivery windows, and maintain mobile cast usage logs. Complete daily activity sheets, Wufoo reports, and pickup sheets twice daily, while tracking invoice registers in as400. Assist drivers with directions, roadside assistance, and accident guidelines, and follow up on pickups to prevent delays. Respond to all communications within five minutes and ensure hand-off logs are completed.
