Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule transportation routes for drivers, ensuring accuracy while communicating real-time updates via phone systems. Monitor fleet operations, manage day-to-day activities, and input accurate data into systems. Respond promptly to issues or delays and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Send invoices, receive payments, resolve billing issues, and submit medical claims to insurance companies. Create reports on billing data and handle denied claims. Requires proficiency in logistics management, fleet management systems, and Acumatica or similar software.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively relay information
- Proficiency in logistics management and supply chain processes
- Fleet management systems
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiar of Acumatica and Wastelinq, Microsoft 365 or similar software
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
