Job Summary
Dispatcher at Service Wizard is responsible for efficiently dispatching technicians to calls, coordinating schedules, confirming appointments, and ensuring technicians arrive on time. The role requires independently working within guidelines, analyzing appointment data to match the right technician to each job, communicating opportunities to drive performance, and managing a geographic territory. Must understand product/service portfolios, summarize information effectively, meet productivity and quality goals, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (college preferred), at least 2 years of dispatch experience, 45 WPM, strong phone/interpersonal skills, computer literacy and data entry, and ability to interpret city/county maps. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of versatile Dispatch experience
- Minimum of 45 wpm, and manage multiple computer screens
- Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-discipline environment
- Able to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic manner
- Strong Phone and Interpersonal Skills
- Computer literacy and Data Entry Skills
- Ability to interpret city/county maps
