Job Summary
Dispatcher to coordinate daily dispatch of service technicians across a large field-services footprint. Responsibilities include managing a high volume of service calls, negotiating priority, creating and maintaining detailed project plans with tasks, dependencies and timelines, communicating scope/schedule/budget updates to stakeholders, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, data entry, and providing routing guidance to technicians. Requires excellent communication and customer-service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with maps and dispatch software. The role supports office duties and requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of dispatch experience. Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (onsite).
Required Qualifications

- Strong computer skills
- Experience using internet maps and dispatch software
