Job Summary
Dispatcher for the Plumbing department based in-office in Brea, CA. serves as the central communication hub between customers, field technicians, and operations; coordinates service requests, schedules calls, monitors and adjusts schedules in real time, maintains records, coordinates emergency responses, allocates resources, and collaborates with other departments to improve service delivery. Requires 2+ years dispatching experience; HVAC or Plumbing Dispatch experience preferred; strong communication, multitasking, and computer/call-center software proficiency (Service Titan a plus). Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of dispatching experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- HVAC or Plumbing Dispatch industry experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus
