Job Summary
Schedule and dispatch equipment, haulers, materials, and delivery personnel to construction sites while confirming all details before trucks leave the yard. Manage material verification, optimize routing efficiency, and communicate logistical updates to customers, sales, and management. Instruct drivers on service issues and report concerns directly to the Director of Operations. Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company policies while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Utilize computer and data entry skills to track deliveries and ensure compliance with Riley Brothers targets.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in a related industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License
- Compliance with motor vehicle, criminal background checks, and drug-free workplace policies
