Job Summary
Dispatcher role coordinating technician schedules across three home-service brands, serving as the first line of communication with customers and technicians. Responsibilities include optimizing schedules via Service Titan based on skill, location, and availability; monitoring daily operations and adjusting plans; confirming appointments and following up to ensure customer satisfaction; proactively maximizing schedule efficiency by filling open times and promoting maintenance memberships; and maintaining accurate customer records and job information. Requires strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service abilities, plus proficiency with scheduling software and office technology.
Required Qualifications
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or call center experience
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers, phone systems, and scheduling software
