Job Summary
Dispatcher / Opportunity Manager to coordinate field technicians and manage daily service schedules, ensuring the right technician is assigned to each home at the right time. Responsibilities include optimizing the daily technician schedule, communicating with technicians to adjust jobs, coordinating incoming service calls, monitoring call flow and technician progress, supporting technicians to deliver prompt service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive customer experience. Desired strengths include motivation, adaptability to shifting schedules, reliability, organization, time management, teamwork, and resourcefulness. Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like ServiceTitan or QuickBooks is a plus; training is provided.
