Dispatcher/Operator - Central Station

Answer incoming phone calls and process alarm signals according to established procedures. Respond promptly to emergencies by contacting customers regarding activations, notifying them of system signals, and dispatching local law enforcement or private security as necessary. Coordinate on-call technicians to customer locations to resolve issues and document all alarms, signals, and actions taken in a clear and concise manner. Maintain confidentiality, function effectively in a high-paced environment, and provide professional customer service. No supervisory responsibilities. Hours after training are Thursday-Sunday from 10pm to 8am.
